Starting her career, Abigail understood the importance of creating a calm and supportive online space to reflect her counselling philosophy and provide visitors with a sense of comfort and trust.

The main challenge was to design a functional, easy-to-navigate website with a calming tone to complement the sensitive nature of counselling. It was essential to:

• Ensure the design conveyed comfort and approachability, steering away from an overly serious or clinical vibe.

• Provide a seamless user experience for visitors to learn about Abigail’s services and connect with her.
